CURA Calm Wheat Warmer
A heating pad in a pre-washed linen blend, lightly weighted with whole buckwheat grains. Comfortable to use for a warming and relaxing effect around your shoulders, for example. Can even be chilled for a cooling and relaxing effect. Inner pad sewn in four channels. Removable, washable outer covering.
Heating the wheat warmer
Heat only the inner bad. In microwave: 1-3 minutes, 600 w (at higher watts the time is reduced). Feel free to heat the wheat warmer together with a glass of water to moisturize the wheat. Oven: 100 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The wheat warmer keeps the heat for about 40 minutes.
Cooling the wheat warmer
Put the inner bag in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 1-3 hours. Hold the cold for about 40 minutes.
