CURA Pearl Lyocell Tyngdtäcke

I really wanted to love this weighted duvet, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I chose the Lyocell/TENCEL version because I live in Rome, Italy, and I am a hot sleeper. The product is advertised as suitable for people who tend to sleep warm, which is why I thought it would be a good fit. However, after just one night, I woke up around 2 a.m. sweating heavily and had to remove the duvet completely. I slept much more comfortably with a simple thin cotton sheet. What surprised me most is that this happened in May, before the hottest part of summer had even started. Because of that, I personally cannot imagine using it during the summer months in Southern Europe. The quality of the product seems very good, and I understand that many people may enjoy it. Unfortunately, in my case it was simply too warm. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. I had an issue with my order and the support team resolved it quickly and professionally. I might consider buying from this company again for winter use, but for spring and summer it was not suitable for me.
