Contact form

We have a contact form on our website that you can fill in to contact us and send a message. You can ask questions about our range there, or give feedback about the website or a product. We save these details for future development and improvement of the website/product, as well as in the creation of new products.

When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the information that is contained within the comment, as well as the visitor's IP address and User-Agent string, in order to assist in the detection of spam. 

An anonymous string created from your e-mail address (also called a hash value) will be sent to the global avatar site Gravatar to determine whether you are registered there. The privacy policy for Gravatar can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. When your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be shown publicly alongside your comment. 

You can also voluntarily indicate that you would like to be one of our featured Satisfied Customers. If you choose to be featured, we will save your contact details for up to 1 year unless you withdraw your consent. 

We clear our register in accordance with the existing regulations. However, we do keep personal details saved in cases where it is required by law.

Cookie files

If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, e-mail address, and web address in cookie files. This is for your convenience so that you do not need to fill in these details again the next time you write a comment. These cookie files are valid for one year. 

If you have an account and log in on this site, we will create a temporary cookie file to check whether your web browser accepts cookie files. This cookie file contains no information which can identify you, and it disappears as soon as you close your browser. 

When you log in, we also create several cookie files to save information about the fact that you have logged in and your screen layout choices. Cookie files created when you log in are valid for two days, and cookie files relating to layout preferences are valid for one year. If you tick "Remember me", your cookie will remain valid for two weeks. If you log out from your account, the login-related cookie files will be deleted.

Items on this site can contain embedded material (for example, video clips, pictures, text etc.). Embedded material from other sites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited those sites. Among the third-party websites that we work with are Google and Facebook.

Information about the seller's gender and age, choice of product, as well as any comments, will be analysed by our marketing and product development teams and can form the basis of the future creation of products and marketing campaigns.

How long do we keep your details?

If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be saved without any time limit. If you order a product, we save your contact details for up to 1 year. We clear our register in accordance with the existing regulations. We do, however, keep personal details saved in cases where it is required by law.

What rights you have in relation to your data

If you have ordered a product or have written any comments on this site, you can request an exported file with the details that we have about you, including all details that you have given us. You can also request that we remove all personal details that we have about you. This right does not extend to any details which we must save for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Credit check

If you pay straight away with a bank card, no credit check is generated on the website. If you choose to pay via invoice, the usual credit control occurs before the purchase is approved on CURA of Sweden's online shop. The credit control happens automatically – no actual credit enquiry is registered. In order for an invoice purchase to be approved for private customers, you must have no records of non-repayment of debt, and you must have a sufficiently high declared income. The credit check is handled by Klarna.

Our website uses SSL protection to ensure secure browsing of our pages. We encrypt information that we collect and control that those we work with follow GDPR rules. Personal data information is encrypted according to security-classified categorizations.

During any credit checks, we receive data from Klarna, who carry out the credit checks. The data which they send to us comprises whether you have been approved as a customer who can pay by invoice.

When you place an order, a "customer profile" is created in our register. You are assigned a customer number that you can use when you next make a purchase.
