ProCare weighted blankets can be used either instead of or together with a regular blanket, but also to cover specific parts of the body such as the shoulders and knees. The blanket can also be used to help wind down a little before bedtime.

If the user has never used a weighted blanket before, we recommend starting with short periods of use and gradually increasing the time. The first time, the user should lie under the blanket for at least ten minutes to allow the body to respond to the stimulation.

The weight in ProCare Pearl consists of small silica beads, which together with the design of the blanket provide a cooling effect and a supple feel reminiscent of a regular blanket.

ProCare Pearl is best used with a regular duvet cover. If necessary, a waterproof hygienic cover is also available as an accessory.

ProCare Weighted Blanket Boll is a so-called ball blanket, where each ball has its own pocket and is surrounded by a protective fabric cover. This provides a comfortable feel and a quiet blanket without rustling or other disturbing noises.

One side of the blanket has extra padding for an even softer experience with evenly distributed pressure. When the other side is turned towards the body, the blanket provides a distinct but comfortable point pressure.

The outer fabric of the blanket is made of flame-resistant Trevira CS fabric and the filling is cotton wadding, which results in good breathability. Together with the cotton wadding, there are small silica beads that make up the weight of the blanket. Silica has a naturally cooling effect, which ensures a comfortable sleeping temperature.

The wadding and beads are sewn into a checkered pattern. This distributes the weight evenly across the duvet and provides continuous, comfortable pressure against the user's skin. Duvets weighing over 6 kg can be separated.
