To warm up the CURA Linseed Warmer, put it into a clean microwave oven at a maximum of 650 Watts for up to 3 minutes.

For cold use, put the CURA Linseed Warmer into the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature.

The CURA Linseed Warmer heat pad can be used for both heat and cold therapy.

Heat therapy increases blood flow to affected areas, helping restore movement in injured tissue. The soothing warmth can relieve joint stiffness, pain (e.g., back pain, stomach pain, neck pain), and muscle spasms. It can even offer pleasant relaxation for strained and sore muscles after training.

Furthermore, cold has a light numbing effect on the skin, which can help relieve pain in the treated area. Medical studies recommend using cold therapy for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with the treatment being repeated several times a day.

Linseeds are an ideal and natural filling choice for heat pads or -pillows, as linseeds (also known as flaxseeds) possess an outstanding water-binding capacity. This facilitates them holding the desired warm or cold temperature for a long time. Additionally, the small size of the flaxseeds makes the CURA Linseed Warmer soft and adaptable to your body, ensuring optimal comfort.

The 100% cotton poplin shell feels pleasantly soft and airy on the skin. The fabric’s poplin weave is highly breathable, facilitating an ideal transfer of warmth or cold from the linseed filling onto your skin.

The CURA Linseed Warmer’s long and soft shape as well as its Velcro closure make it easy to adjust and readjust the heat pack to your body and different body parts. Whether you lie down, sleep, or go about your day, this wearable heating cushion will stay safely in place on e.g. your neck area, back or lower back, wrist, elbow, knee, or shoulder.

When using the CURA Linseed Warmer heat pad with children, they should always be supervised. Use with children under the age of 3 is not recommended.

Due to the risk of fire, the CURA Linseed Warmer should be heated on a clean plate in a clean microwave oven and not be left unattended during the heating process.
