Feeling comfortable, keeping yourself dry, and maintaining a stable body temperature throughout the night are all important prerequisites for achieving a good night's sleep. For that reason, the materials used in your bed linen are more important than you might think.
We work with natural, high-quality materials to create the best possible functionality, combining ancient wisdom and the latest century's textile innovations. When it comes to bed linen, nature has a lot to offer. Regardless of whether you want high quality for lower prices, or luxury alternatives that offer the highest functionality possible, nature has something for you.
Our duvet sheets are specially designed for CURA's weighted duvets in size 150 x 210 cm (single) as well as 200 x 220 cm (double). Inside the duvet cover there is fastening band which allows you to secure the duvet, ensuring that it does not move around inside the cover.
Cotton is made of natural fibres from the cotton plant, and is regarded by many as a standard choice for bedding. Cotton has been used in textile production for at least 7000 years, so we can say with certainty that it has stood the test of time. Even if our cotton does not, in most respects, perform as well as Tencel™ or bamboo, it is still soft to the touch and has an impressive breathability. It also has the benefit of being a relatively affordable option.

Bamboo is produced from cellulose from bamboo trees. It is a durable, soft and cooling material, but is perhaps best known for its ability to absorb moisture. Bamboo material has small holes between the fibres, which improves ventilation and creates a temperature-regulating effect. When you are warm, the material is cool, and when you are cold, the material warms you up. Furthermore, it is naturally antibacterial and allergy-friendly.

Tencel™ is produced from cellulose from the eucalyptus tree, and is a very environmentally friendly alternative. It is unbelievably soft to the touch, is very durable, and excels at handling moisture. When producing Tencel™, an upcycling process called REFIBRA™ is used, where 99% of all chemical solvents are reused.
