Weighted Duvets 7kg

A 7 kg weighted duvet is a common choice for healthy adults. This specific weight strikes an ideal balance for achieving the best effect and comfort for many adults and teenagers. While the weight of a weighted duvet is highly individualized, depending on amongst others body weight and the severity of potential problems with mental health, stress, anxiety, and sleeping difficulties, a 7 kg duvet typically meets the needs of a broad range of users. It can be difficult to choose the right weight when buying your very first weighted duvet. Some of our weighted duvet models are available in different weight intervals, either in even (mostly 6 to 12 kg) or uneven numbers (mostly 3 to 15 kg). For example, if your ideal weight is 7 kg but you'd like to choose a model that is only available in 6 or 8 kg, we recommend you to go with the slightly heavier weight for the best effect.
