CURA Minky has the same therapeutic effects as a weighted duvet: increased relaxation and reduced stress, anxiety, and worry. The blanket is filled with our hygienic glass beads and has an outer fabric of wonderfully soft minky fabric. Take your cosiness to a new level and cuddle up with the whole family's new favourite blanket.
A weighted blanket can be used on the sofa before bedtime, helping you to relax and unwind before bed. It can also be used together with a regular duvet on the bed, or for a relaxing pressure over specific body parts like shoulders or knees.
The blanket can be washed in a machine at 40 degrees. You can also clean the blanket by freezing it, either in the freezer or by hanging it up outside when the temperature is below freezing. This eliminates all mites.
CURA's weighted blanket have certification from STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. This ensures that the product meets highly held standards for health, safety, function, working conditions and environmental concerns.
If you suffer from severe decreased heart or lung capacity, decreased muscular function, or heightened risk of pressure sores, you should take medical advice before using a weighted blanket.We do not recommend weighted blankets for children under the age of 3 since the child must be able to remove the blanket without assistance.The weighted blanket should only be used for the intended purpose.
