The choice of weight depends on various factors such as body weight, height, difficulty sleeping, pain, stress, worry and anxiety. We offer duvets in different sizes and weights. Find the right weight in our weight guide.
Guide to your first weighted duvet
- Choose a weight that suits you. We recommend starting with 10-15% of your own body weight, but this can vary based on perceived sleep problems.
- Increase usage gradually with more extended time intervals. It can take everything from one evening to 14 days to adapt to the feel of the extra weight on your body.
- You can also use the blanket as a relaxing weight over your knees or shoulders.
- Bring the weighted duvet along! All our weighted duvets come in useful bags for storage and transport. Perfect for packing on holiday or business trips to bring healthy sleep habits when you travel.
